Hello everyone.

I’m new to the forum. I haven’t put my Range Rover in my bio because I’ve not yet got one!

I have just sold my old Defender, and having kicked one addiction I’m now looking to get into another one! I’m hoping to get a L322 Range Rover, the facelifted one from 2009-12. Preferably blue with parchment leather. Although from my search so far I may well have to widen my criteria.

Anyway I’ve been reading a lot of the posts in the forum and they’re proving to be a very helpful and invaluable source of information and advice to a newbie. So thank you all.

Hi all
I recently bought a L405 vogue
And have had issues with the reverse camera and parking sensors as they both do not work .
The camera does tend to come on every now and again for 2-4 seconds then off it goes and doesn’t come on for a long time after so it’s a strange one .
I was told by a Range Rover specialist that the parking sensors and reverse camera are linked together
And the cameras faulty so I need to replace with the exact numbers and letters matching on the original camera .
So after few weeks searching the Net I found 1 which came from abroad and he plugged that in and still same issue when selecting reverse. I also tried another camera with a 6 pin connection which the numbers all matched but the first 4 letters were different and that didn’t work either .
Does anyone know if there’s a link between the parking sensors and reverse camera and if the numbers and first 4 letters all need to match on the camera with a replacement one as landrover said upto 6 months wait time as on back order !
Please help as wife’s struggling to drive without the sensors and camera
