Out of interest what level of cover do you have with Warranty Wise? I currently have the 06/60 level and I am pretty sure the only thing they didn't cover when I had my oil cooler replaced was the engine oil although they did only cover 2.2 hours of labour. _______________________________________________

i have the 08/80 cover

yeah they don't cover liquids.

the garage showed me that an L405 with 4.4 Haynes pro gives 6.1 hours to fit with the oil partical filter, which this engine has.

Ukandrewf: look at the coolant lines that run to the rear heating they can leak through the jubilee clips that hold them - there is a thread on here about this but you will have to do a search

thanks for the tip. It's all fixed now and roasting in the cab again now all I have to do is argue with the warranty company about what is covered. --
