Webasto not hooked up on US spec models?

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been discussed before.

2016 TDv6 US spec. The Webasto/diesel heater has no diesel plumbing to it. Nothing on the fuel tank side either. Did Land Rover install the heater but omit all the fuel lines and pump that feeds it?
