My 2018 L405 has most likely an issue with the Engine Variable Valve Timing (VVT), which is describe in more details here https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10183920-0001.pdf. That's what the DTC indicated.

Thanks for your help. I've seen and read that post. There it looks indeed straight forward, but the L405 needs some more stuf to be removed (wipers, bars) before I can access it. As always, it helps if you know what and how-to avoid unnecessary steps. |

Removing the cowl and center bulkhead is straightforward and similar across all L405 engines. Download the service manual from the forum's Wiki link and look at the cowl removal and center bulkhead removal in the Front End Body Panels section. |
