T91R Remote Heater replacement fob

For anyone who needs a fob for their remote heater.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176693256957

I offered £35 and it was accepted. Awaiting delivery.

Although branded Peugeot they should work just fine if you have a T91R receiver. Check in the right hand side of the load area. There's a panel that pulls out and the receiver should be behind there.

It's getting colder - don't delay !

Mine paired first time. Been too warm to use it though.

Think the ambient temp needs to be below 13c or something near that.

Great to hear your T91R remote is paired! Here’s how to use it with your 2012 Range Rover, assuming it’s connected to the Webasto Fuel Burning Heater (FBH) system:

🔧 Basic Operation of the T91R Remote

• Turn On the Heater:• Press the ON button briefly.
• The LED will flash to confirm the signal was sent.
• Your FBH should start warming the vehicle.

• Turn Off the Heater:• Press the OFF button briefly.
• The LED will flash again to confirm the signal.
• The heater will shut down.

🔁 Adjusting the Operating Time

To change how long the heater runs:

1. Press ON and OFF simultaneously three times quickly.
2. The LED will flash to indicate the current operating time.
3. Press OFF within 10 seconds to cycle to the next time setting.
4. Repeat until you reach your desired duration.

Typical durations are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes depending on your system.

🚗 Vehicle Settings Before Use

Make sure:

• The climate control is set to warm.
• The fan is on low speed to reduce power draw.
• The vehicle battery is in good condition (FBH can drain it if used frequently).

📶 Signal Tips

• Use the remote within range (usually up to 100 meters).
• If the LED flashes rapidly and then turns off, the signal didn’t go through—try again from a different spot.

For a visual walkthrough, you might find this YouTube video on Webasto FBH and T91 pairing helpful A. And if you want the full manual, it’s available here B.

Let me know if you want help checking your heater settings or troubleshooting signal issues!

I’ve put two offers in now and no one’s responding, were they fairly quick with everyone else?

I sent the seller an offer message via ebay, and he responded immediately, sending me a message offfering a discount.

It was delivered today, so a very quick response all round.

Yep, made an offer in the evening after work - accepted it early the next day, delivered 2 days after that.

I just can't get the bloody thing to pair.

Would you be good enough to explain the pairing process, please.

'pairing for dummies' version. Very Happy

What model and year RR do you have? There are many types of remote. One with “on” and “off” text and one with the heater symbol with arrows an off like this one.

This post details about which vin numbers potentially use which remotes.
