I'm pretty sure that 'Remaining volume' always reads zero when using the GAP IID tool.

DPF soot level of 30.2 seems high though for a TDV8, and the car should be requesting a regen by now.

You don't need high revs for a DPF regen on these vehicles. Post CAT EGT's will be 600+ degrees at a steady 60mph in 8th gear. High revs are not required.
