| ok, all well and good, although garage doing for me so thats "115 x 2 which I guess is cheaper than a new gear box in time lol. Would you only replace the filter once, or on both occassions? |

| 2002 4.4V8 - 107k on the clock. Flush then new gearbox oil, or empty, fill, run, then empty and fill again?? Suggestions from a tech point of view appreciated |

Can someone clarify if the rear subframe bushes can be replaced with X5 E53 bushes as these can be obtained at a lesser cost??
