As far as I'm aware they are the same.
The only difference is the Servotronic valve, but that can be swopped with your original. |

For info Lemforder were the Original Equipment supplier for the bushes - so as good as they get & definitely a lot better than some of the pure aftermarket suppliers.

Its odd that your medium Disklok doesn't fit. That's the size I used on my 2007MY TDv8 - on the middle setting.
I wonder if pre-facelift steering wheels were chunkier or lot larger diameter ?? |

There's no difference either way. Critical is to have the car level - which might be more likely with the lift dependant on the surfaces you've got available. |

A 3rd option is to replace the EGR with a through pipe, but leave the removed EGR connected to the wiring.
Then do the EGR blanking at the exhaust manifold outlet. Cheap, easy and keeps the ... |
