Thanks for the updates, it's what I understood from GAP too.
It's such a shame and quite odd that LR did this to this model and year band. Quite frustrating for all concerned. |

There are two types and I have both.
You’re correct that the RR had the wider blade. Everything else is the same. |

Just to add to this, we have been messaging on PMs about this and will308f seems to think a 58 plate car (2008) can have a replacement key programmed, so we might be trying this out to see.

worth checking if you have a boot mat that is creeping forward and just preventing it closing fully. I had that in mine.
As a matter of course, lubricate the locks each side with WD40 too. |
