The main one from the gear selector if I remeber right just connects to an arm on the left of the gearbox, at some point the emergency release under the cup holders coup ...

A locked KVM can still be done through the OBD with the right kit, my 2017 SVR was done with one of these

You'll probably notice if you look closer the spoiler is fine..... It's the whole tailgate that has dropped.

I'd try a different diagnostic tool, a lot of the generics that claim to do everything don't work 100%.

Do away with the plastic push on fitting, the rubber hose slides straight onto the thermostat housing, I popped a boost hose on mine and in the process it smashed that connector. Free fix.
