I just ran into the same problem trying to learn how to pull the supercharger so I can change the hoses underneath. There's a header for what I think is right but finding it is an interesting exercise ...
 It started with only replacing the rear brake-pipes........

My AC doesn't work because the compressor is shot but changing the dial position does not change the fan speed. Don't know if that helps but there it is.

Mine also runs at 13.7% at idle. I never thought to check load and such at WOT but will tomorrow.

'm pretty sure I have a few bad bushings in the rear of my 06 but just replacing the shocks made a HUGE difference. Less than 2 hours worth of work and it's like a different car.

Here they are exactly half the price of Lemforder which is way more than double the price you quoted, they are $120 each.

Interestingly the largest market for the S/C, the USA, has the worst petrol, they have Regular at 87, Midgrade from 89-90 and Premium from 91-94 so even their top octane is lower than our standard pet ...
