So if the downstream ones can effect the fuel trims then a worn of faulty catalytic converter will effect the fuel trims..?? Maybe that's a reason for rich or lean codes..?? Or have I not understo ...

71.5mm internal from face to back.

Depth isn't the only concern however, the internal bore (where the solenoid will be) is 31.5mm, so make sure it is 'open' all the way down the socket.

I've seen several times where the seat switch bezel becomes loose/broken and allows the wires to short out behind there.

I would start by pulling the bezel and switches off and taking a good look ...

IHU can be swapped without issue.

Yeah, I couldn't remember if MSCAN went to the ACM or not, but with it's only network connection being fiber, it won't really be at fault. However, the ACM doesn't ...

I'm in the US, but can usually find the Denso sensor for cheaper than that, Denso PN 197-6020 is what to look for. There's also a chance that the rest of the work might have taken care of the initial ...

That's a lot of LCM faults, how many LEDs did you install??

Assuming you're talking just the key in warning, and not the ignition actually staying on, that isn't going to be the ignition switch. Th ...

Probably won't be the DS sensors at fault, since they're regular O2 sensors, it would normally throw a sensor fault before a fueling fault.

Do you know what brand MAFS you put on?

Somewhat unfortunately, there's not much to the MSCAN on those, at least that can be separated from the circuit.

The IHU and PATS module have the network terminating resistors in them, and the IPC ...

Haylands, that really isn't true for these engine management systems (page 11 has a better description than I'll make) but was correct for earlier systems.

I haven't read through that document in y ...

Dan, don't worry about spikes when you're looking at live data, your trims should move around as you drive, it's a balance between short, long and sub-feedback trims. If you're only looking at one, yo ...

The iidtool is fantastic, but I don't think it will show the adaptive trim tables, I've only ever seen that on SDD.

It looks like you took care of all the 'normal' stuff already, the adaptive trims ...

What you're seeing in that picture is the Medium Speed CAN dropping out. Data between TPMS and IPC cannot transmit, as well as the radio IHU loses it's ignition signal.

This can be wiring related o ...

mgrover, it sounds like you're talking about the adaptive fuel trims in SDD, yes? If so, can you post a picture of your table? This is the best diagnostic tool for fueling faults on these.

The post ...

The truck uses effectively the same system to receive the unlock command from the key as it does for the ignition authorization from the key, so do your locks function using the CDL switch inside the ...
