Yes I used the egr delete service that Bell Auto Services offered via the GAP diagnostic tool.

Mini in 1979, about 10 lessons, passed 1st time.
PSV test 1983, 5 hours over a couple of weeks, failed 1st test, on not enough progress, passed 1 month later.

Long term short commute to work mix of motorway and town, around 10 miles, 22 mpg according to trip computer.
In Italy last year averaged 25 mpg, usually 50 mile runs mixed town and autostrada.

I suggest you remove all the locking wheel nuts, chuck them in the bin and replace with standard wheel nuts.
No one steals wheels from vehicles anymore, they just take the whole car.

The dash top on a HSE is vinyl but on a vogue it is leather. Should be a straight swap off a scrapper/breaker.

Check the small vacuum pipes for leaks, especially from the valve attached to the drivers side, engine compartment,inner wing.
We had the small pipe fracture to the turbo and it had the same issues.
