I had a windscreen replaced by Autoglass a couple of years ago, couldn’t fault them. They even replaced the plastic side trims with new. Thumbs Up

Ease the bleed nipples off every year and retighten and the apply a liberal coating of grease to each nipple as protection. Works for me. Thumbs Up

You can easily bleed any replaced master cylinder without getting air into the abs block as follows.
Fill the fluid reservoir as normal
Run the pre charge pump until you hear all the air coming out ...

As well as the master cylinder I’d also be inclined to check all the brake pads, they tend to cause odd symptoms particularly if the have been overheated for any reason.

You don’t need to get to the evaporator, which is a serious job, just concentrate your efforts on clearing the drain pipes and the tray will empty as normal.
