Could you quote me for the following (all for 2007 FFRR 4.2 S/C) :-

1) Both wiper arms
2) Seatbelt buckle and 3 replacement bolts (see diagram)

Can be normal. The ECU raises the idle speed to allow the fan to work properly (that is if you have a model with the engine driven viscous fan). This cools the aircon condenser.
