Hi Stan,
From memory it was 14.1V with the engine off or 15V with the engine running according to the i930 tool. I haven't done a test with a multi meter on the battery yet.

Had another fiddle last night and it can't read the headlight leveling ECU either. Could this possibly be the culprit and how do I get at it to check?

Found the leak where the manifold joins into the single pipe.
The dealer sorted it out today and the car is again sounding as it should, and driving much better.
