Have you tried to remove the fuse and put it back in?

From my memory pin 8 should have between 3,5 and 4 volt with ignition on. I suggest you start unplugging the ecu's one by one and see if you can isolate where the fault is.

One of them was the T4 in a LR workshop and the the other is the EAS reset tool from RSW Solutions. I have no reason to believe they are at fault

The symptoms could also be related to some failing glow plugs. Have you had the codes read?

There are valve blocks between the compressor and the air bags. That's why the air suspension didn't go up as you expected.

Not sure if I remember correctly, but try with a "double-click" on the button. Try a few times, if it doesn't work the first time.
