Easy for the dials panels, 10 mins - a couple of Powerful UK videos explain it well.

Almost, I have had 2 with piano black and my Mum always said it looked like plastic

The way I would do it is to have the grey parts it wrapped in satin black. Consequently, it would match the satin/rubber black around the gearshift console . Moreover, it would look similiar to a 2010 layout !
