MY08 Key fob buttons not operating lock/unlock/boot---sorted

Been out this morning all was well. Returned home to experience the fob won't lock the car on the button. Second fob won't work either. Search revealed syncing on earlier model keys. Doesn't appear to work with the MY08. The key works in all manual modes (ie, in door lock and starts the car).
Any hints or tips?
I've disconnected the battery to see if a soft reset will wake it up.........................this made no difference.

No the battery is all good an S5 changed recently.
Turns out to be 'paranormal' activity. Three cars on the drive, none would open using the remotes.
100yards up the road working as normal. I can only assume some sort of interference. No power lines within miles, i guess if we turn green i'll call for medical assistance Shocked

With my old P38 Range Rover I had similar issues. It is well documented that wireless weather stations that a lot of people have installed in their gardens can interfere with the remotes. The solution was to use the remote fob right up against the antenna in the rear quarter light window. Not sure where the antenna is on the L322. 2012 5.0L S/C

It can happen, if ethere is another transmitter using the same frequency nearby. I've had the same symptoms before in a car park, no response from the remotes. Was the radio controlled trolley mover or something like that which knocked it out, caused interference on the specific channel that the remotes for the cars use.

Have you got a house alarm or garage remote. Might interfere? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

It's true that sporadic interference happens almost anywhere but with my old P38 it was constant at home which was a real pain. As I mentioned the solution was to put the remote fob next to the antenna in the rear side window to open the car (not ideal but at least it worked). Anyone know if the L322 key fob antenna is in the same place for future reference? 2012 5.0L S/C

I'm not sure what was causing it but today, all the cars are working fine Thumbs Up I would have chalked it up to FFRR character traits but the other cars were affected too Whistle
