My battery keeps loosing its charge, I only use the RR every now and then

It takes between 1-2 weeks then its flat

I'm think FSR does this sound about right?

Thanks

If you don't use it that often then it will lose its charge.

Buy a trickle charger and keep it on this if you can.

I left mine for a couple of week in the snow, started with no problem.

I would say your battery is on it's way out.

A trickle charger would help but your only delaying the inevitable. '88 RR Classic, '90 Classic, '93 Classic, '02 Discovery TD5, '55 Discovery 3, '01 P38 4.6, '06 L322 Vogue TD6, 2012 L322 Vogue TDV8, 2017 L405 Autobiography

The battery isnt a year old, ive had concern re the alternator but ive had no other issues just leaving it for 2 weeks and it dies, this is even after motorway runs etc

Maybe ive got a current draw on it like the satnav unit etc

Have I been fobbed off the ampage of the battery is at 700 amps and its over a 900 amp battery

Is any amount of charging going to improve this or is it a new battery??

Instead of guessing what the problem is it would be worth disconnecting the battery -ve terminal and connecting an ammeter with a 10A range between the battery -ve terminal and the earth jump stud on top of the suspension mount, closing the car doors and leaving it for 30minutes.
Then go back and see what the current reading, if any, is.
Leaving the bonnet open while you do this won't affect anything. Thumbs Up
