Bottle jack recommendations

Anyone know what height of bottle jack I can get away with for raising the FFRR? I'm tempted by these:

- 5 tonne - http://www.screwfix.com/p/5-tonne-bottle-jack/40473

Would a 11.5cm tall jack fit under the jacking points, and can a bottle jack be used with the FFRR?
