Rear tailgate not locking fully?

on my TD6, the upper tailgate doesnt seem to close fully, as in one you close it it seems to sping open a little?(not enoguh to open it or get in, but enough to notice). I noticed the lower tailgate doesnt seem to close fully one side, are the latches easy to adjust to try and get a better 'closed' position? im thinking if the lower one locked in fully, the upper one will too?

Dont want ot pull it apart and end up with a handful of bits scratching my head Embarassed

All the details are on rave, but they are easy to adjust. Just a few screws/bolts to loosen the latches and reposition them. The latch for the upper tailgate is slightly annoying to get to as you have to remove the lower tailgate trim, but it's just tedious rather than difficult.
