Then you have to explain everything all over again only to be passed to someone else.

They are BUT I have managed to get some massive discounts from them because their so stupid! I must admit they were s.h.i.t.e, never got a signal in my house but if you call them you get a signal gone fishin'

Yep one of the worst customer service set ups I have experienced. I called them up to cancel an old wifi dongle as I already had a Three iphone contract with unlimited hotspot wifi through them.

They kept trying to sell me a new wifi dongle contract (with free ringdings) when I blatantly did not need another. They just did not listen to me telling them I was still a customer after the cancellation etc.

Their call centre staff just follow the script and it took me 45 mins of repeating myself and explaining how simple my request was for them to finally do it. They do seem desperate not to let go of clients so probably worth trying every year to get free minutes etc. Tom

5 days to get a nano sim activated ….. and they have still not done it , tried on numerous times to just get a PAC code off them … jesusss F k just gave up the will to live ….

joker: are you doing a sim swap to a nano?
pac codes will take some time to get with three, tell them that your business is now paying for your phone and you need to keep your number, they cant beat a deal where you no longer pay

Got 3 contracts on Vodafone already Gaz , but the youngest daughter wants to stay with 3 coz of the unlimited internet for some reason , Vodafone give you 2GB which i thought would be plenty ….
