Shocked

I've no idea what it should cost but if it's £4k ask for a big passionate kiss with plenty of tongue and feeling - because I think you're being f*cked.

Re-man turbos £650 ish each + labour & oil feed pipes + oil & filter as well as lift body off which is no biggy. I would charge about £2500 inc vat. i am not quoting for the work but having just done one for someone am able to tell you roughly what you should be paying. Worse things happen at sea! Well thats what swmbo said when WRENS came to sea!!!

Well Hope that gives you an idea of what you should be paying, people try to make out its very labour intensive as you have to remove the body but its very straight forward & takes about 8hrs to remove & refit + access to turbos is then very straight forward so about 12hrs all togethether max 16 with a few headaches to sort. As I am also the receptionist as claire only works parts time I could cut my coveralls of short Rolling with laughter Worse things happen at sea! Well thats what swmbo said when WRENS came to sea!!!

Is it true they stopped offering the TDV8 on the RRS because the turbo's kept going?

You would be better asking the question on the RRS forum as they will have far more experience on your model Thumbs Up

Nah this is berkshire land rover which in my opinion are ripping me off, but i have no other alternative so have no choice but go with them. They wanted to buy my car the way it is for £22.300, but they selling a 3.0tdv6 for nearly 34k lol . They seem like a joke to me personally but cant do much. They did say they putting recon turbos from land rover, but as long as i get 12 month parts n labour waranty am
Not bothered.

I would get a few quotes before going with them.

I will keep an eye out for a RRS parked in a driveway round here!
