mine is on its lowest setting of 16 degrees and the inside gets to hot , and when i put it on max and its like a sauna..strange we cant have more flexibility in the temperature control instead of starting at 16 degrees.... |

I trust you have the centre vents on COOL(io) ? Also if you AC needs a recharge the temp will be hotter than indicated on dial. |

Is that with the AC on? If yes, perhaps you need to take that outfit off?

AC always on in Automatic mode and you should always be in Automatic mode |

I would open the centre vents as the cool air compensates for the hot blown below and on the screen. |

You did not say if the AC is fully charged and cold? |

i assume its charged fully as it worked perfect least year, but when its off or on i get the same temperature at 16 .. |

That's my point if the AC is discharged you may get a hotter temp than desired. Funny but true in two recent RR that had discharged AC the temp was (much) hotter than indicated on dial.

If the air comes out very cold its working otherwise you will just get slightly cool air. |

i've had the a/c on all the time in this wet weather Gary, it helps a great deal in keeping the condensation off the windows... |

It really is (very) good policy to simply leave it on Auto all the time. Two lights on the control knob. Cost of extra MPG is minuscule. |
