United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black
Decided to do a 2012 front and rear conversion :)

Hi all

So after finding a great deal on a 2012 bumper pre painted Java black that comes with all the PDC/washer jets/fog lights/tow eye/splitter/titan fog covers. I have decided to do a 2012 facelift on my 2006 converted range rover. Cool

Just in the process of collecting all the parts i need but if anyone hears of any 2012 headlights or 2012 rear lights come up for sale could you please PM me.

Cant wait to get started on this new project Very Happy

Matt

oh yes i will

although after looking at the parts list required for the conversion the bumper assembly i have got comes with most of the items that are required to do the conversion. My car has already had the 2006 facelift so has the crash bar that is compatible with the newer bumper so a saving there. Its just the headlights i need to get sorted really Shocked

I'd be interested in 'the list' of parts required. Would you mind sending or posting them up?

Hey Matt! Join the club, I am doing the same. I got the headlights, bumper and all, grill. just missing wire looms mainly. Could you also PM me the list as well? I think I am missing a few things but not really sure. Also I got both of my headlights for 950$ CAD which is 600GBP, found them on (ebay.com) not the UK one. You can try and source your headlights from the USA, not sure if they would be any different from the ones sold in the UK (other than the side light which comes on in the US models and is a reflector on the UK models). Also there are tail lights on the USA ebay for 600$USD, might want to look into that as well.

Australia 2004 Range Rover HSE Td6 Zermatt Silver

Has anyone created a drilling template for the rear light placement? I am going to attempt part of my conversion this weekend and I was just thinking of masking up the area one I remove the original brackets, push the light in and where the indents are drill out? But is this the wrong approach?

I also purchased some of those LED interface boxes from ST's so hopefully it is pretty straightforward. Not sure if anyone has attempted a facelift in Australia - hopefully I am the first Very Happy
