No HDC and No Change of Transmission Range

I think that the two are connected to my swapping the panel around the gear selector which meant I had to swop the switch pack from my brunnel grey panel to the painted panel which had no electrics. The switches have positive click give no response when used. All wires are connected as I did double check.

I can get the transmission to engage Low if I hold either switch as I plug in the connector so I think it must be a problem with the switches but would appreciate thoughts/comments.

Car drives fine in High Ratio and everything works except for the HDC and switching to Low Range. [/img] There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Any idea if this is likely to just be a faulty switch or something more complicated. No obvious error codes when scanned on iid. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Assume it was all working OK before the panel swap?

The two are linked together looking at the wiring diagrams (ZF) so suggest you run back through all the connections again.

A battery reset might sort this out? .
