Is your steering wheel centered as it was before you had the work done?

Could well be your problem.
I had similar when I changed a track rod end, if the steering whell is out of position it upsets the steering angle sensor and throws up faults. I simply corrected my steering wheel by adjusting the the track rod end I had fitted until the wheel was once again centred and all was well again. In view of the number of bits changed I think you may have to get the tracking checked.
