Jumping out of gear

Hi I am a Newbie here but have had Range Rovers on and off for 30 years.I have had my current 2002 Model for 7 years and regularly commute from Surrey to Cornwall hence rocketship mileage. Over the last six months it has developed a bad habit. If slowing down down for example coming to a roundabout then accelerating to go it will jump out of gear. You then have to pause on accelerator and then slowly accelerate like an old man.Sometimes it will do this around town and go into Trans Failsafe mode. Any suggestions please Question

First trick is to clean the gearbox linkage underneath the car with WD40 and then covering it in grease. That seems to resolve a lot of these type of issues. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Mine did exactly the same, a few squirts of WD40 on the linkage underneath and it was sorted in seconds.

Very obvious where to squirt if you have someone change gear whilst you are underneath.... 4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE
