United States 2012 Range Rover HSE 5.0 V8 Santorini Black

I found a radar that seems like it could work but that part number is HPLA-9G768-AD. Link is below, Ive tracked down everything else the brakes, wiring, and steering wheel switch ill have to buy new. Can anyone confirm if this radar unit would work?

The HPLA prefix indicates that it is from a reasonably late model LR. If you have a GAP IIDtool then perhaps ask Gap if they can provide firmware to make it suitable for a MY12 L322, assuming that it is physically compatible.

Yet Again, sorry for resurrecting this thread.
I'm still having problems getting ACC to work. I received a proper module the other week and fitted it. Its a CX23-9G768-AC. I also re-flashed it to the latest firmware for the module from Patrick at GAP.
I did the CCF changes and performed the Calibration function on my IID. I've driven the car around under various conditions but still have no cruise control. I have no errors showing on the dash, or any symbols or messages. Just nothing happens when I try to engage cruise.
I checked if any faults show in the IID and only 1 is persistent. it is
"U0423-81 (AF) Invalid data received from the instrument panel control module - Bus signal/message failure - invalid serial data received".

It also shows a time and date 4 years in the future and at 0km.
anyone have any ideas of this fault.

I CCF'd back to normal cruise and i now get the error of "cruise not available" on the dash and a couple of faults in the CCM and engine areas relating to lost communication with Cruise control module.

Could you list module status to see what shows for CCM-cruise control module so that it can be compared with mine?

CCM-Cruise Control (Latest Version) Assembly (F112) BH32-9G768-AD = Up-to-date Assembly (F113) CX23-9G768-AD -> BH32-9G768-AD Hardware (F111) BW83-14D047-AA = Up-to-date Serial 5612112760037 Signal (F108) BH32-14D048-AA = Up-to-date Signal (F120) BH32-14D049-BC = Up-to-date Strategy (F188) BH32-14D049-AD = Up-to-date

Do you have the engine bay fuse for the radar unit fitted when trying to get ACC to work and removed when trying to revert to normal CC?

When trying to get ACC to calibrate, do you see the instrument cluster icon indicating such?

Yeh the fuse is in but I will double check it’s good. I don’t have any symbols on the dash at all.
I have works diagnostic computer for the weekend as well as my IID. I will do a bit more digging

Was that display from when about to do the reflash or now? It appears that the reflash hasn't yet been done.

It appears to me to be stating that the reflash on the IIDtool is yet to be updated and therefore I would be re-attempting the update.

Will have a check and re-flash the CCM.
I took the fuse out and the normal cruise started working fine. So obviously theres a signal still coming from the CCM that messes with it and throws a fault in there.

Yes, I've encountered that situation myself.

So I spent a bit of time with the car and re CCF to acc, put the fuse in and had the same fault come up. I performed the re flash on the module but no difference. I tried to calibrate using the IID but no change. I have no errors on the dash or any symbols relating to the cruise control. I then tried using the diagnostic computer from work (latest version of launchtech X431). I still get the error relating to instrument panel incorrect signal. I also tried to calibrate but because of the permanent fault the calibration fails.
I’ve sent an email to GAP, hopefully Patrick can figure it out and tell me how to fix it.

I just checked my IID's display and mine is also showing New: CX23.. and New: BH32.. so that's not the problem.
Here are screenshots of my settings.

Are you trying to enable stop and go? If so then the ABS module has to be at a particular level to support it.
Here's mine.

Not enabling “Queue” just yet. Want to get normal ACC going first. Looks like your abs is a later version to mine probably as you have a later car (CA vin mine is BA vin). I may get an update for the instrument pack.

Finally got the ACC working and tested. After numerous emails to Patrick at GAP he came up with the solution. There are a few settings in the complete untested CCF page. One setting that I hadn’t seen.
It was to enable ACC display in the instrument pack.

Enabled this and my fault disappeared, I was then able to do the align. It aligned after about 20 mins driving and it works a treat.
Thanks for all the help everyone especially GreameS.
