Suggest you wait and see if you have any faults, and if the air suspension is inactive .

It is actually fairly straight forward - if it is working and not throwing a bong: "AIR SUSP INACTIVE"" then you should be OK

Im taking my scan tool to check for codes so see what it comes up with but thanks for that useful info as i didnt know a bong along with the display warning was important , hoping it does bong now lol |

right folks , collected the car this morning , the front end is in the low position , "air susp inactive" came up on the dash once he started it up but it didn't Bong at all , its laggin down here so no going to be able to get codes read till tomorrow morning |

The 6 bar reading is the resovoir. Far too low.could be the compressor itself plus the height sensor |

Ok , well i reset everything and now getting air susp inactive max 35mph thos the comp kicks in on the first position on ignition |

going to keep posting info up folks as I feel im finding more things now im getting a proper look at it , well the battery the previous owner had put on was no where near the right spec , it was only 71AH and 650amp , luckily I have a good bosch battery that's 90AH and 850amp so will fit that tomorrow and start again , purchased a front height sensor so will fit that aswell and see what occurs , if I get to the point where a new compressor is required I may just stick onto springs and save future failings as it appears that this system is rarely totally reliable |

There is a replacement pump piston ring available. Cured my problems can't remember the seller on ebay, he is referenced on here a fair bit though not recently. |
