yes and no , ive had to clear faults , do the steering reset too but the toggle doesnt respond and its indicating usually at the normal road height , though I noted the self level button also lights which only usually happens if I have the trailor on , if I go onto calibrate the system nothing happens , I get the feeling im just not doing things in the right order or ????? im going to try my Delphi kit on the X5 setting to see if it will also do what the snap on did today , ive got an L200 clutch to do tomorrow so hope I get time after that , good job I bought a lil van just before xmas otherwise I'd av been up sheet creek Rolling Eyes

when you clear the faults do you hear the pump start to run ?

The light on the toggle switch when you push the button in is an inhibit switch which stops the suspension adjusting and also when the trailer is connected.

The light also indicates a soft fault in the system that it will try to correct itself as opposed to a hard fault when all the lights are off and the only way to sort it is with diagnostics

I do if I do the steering reset , yes
if I operate the toggle the normal road height stays lit and depending on which one ive gone for , it just flashes , I will have a look and see if the Delphi will work or borrow the modus again , bit pushed for time at the mo though Rolling Eyes

check its not stuck on transport mode or something daft like that-also that the height sensor actuator arms have not inverted themselves giving weird readings

it all depends if you are using the solus pro,bmw inpa etc as to where you find it on the menu tbh

i have sold my solus now and use delphi on most cars, and have bought a hawkeye pro-but still finding my way around that
you will just need to check all the pages-it was pretty clear in the bmw section of the snap on iirc

Another update , using delphi on the bmw X5 programme , i have the options of activating all suspension bits and turning off transport mode so that is good news , however the compressor isnt kicking in , the fuse in the boot had blown , i replaced but still nothing , if i activate say , the front strut i can hear faint clicks n wurs so its looking like ive goosed the compressor while testing it yesterday , opinions guys ??

I cant say for sure with the compressor not working , couple of can codes to delete but they never returned , as i said above , activate any part and i can hear things working so that suggests that its not but i did start by removing transport mode

should be simply sorted once you fix the compressor-they seem a bit fragile if you ask them to do too much graft...

I had this exact same problem. Dont panic, nothing is broken at all.

The solution I followed was to re-enable the EAS using an iid tool. Then manually inflate all the bags using the iid tool. When the car is somewhere near the right high you can stop and start again. Everything will kick back in as normal

Where are you located?

Try powering the compressor directly from a battery .
