On ours, (11MY) take out the cupholders and there's a tag you can pull to select neutral (I think).

The 6-speed lever mechanism has a white plastic tab at the right rear corner of the mechanism which when operated (lifted IIRC but possibly pressed) unlocks the lever to alow it to be pulled into neutral. I don't know how the tab is accessed on the L322 but on D3s & D4s the cup-holders, which are located behind the lever mechanism, are lifted out. |
