Numpty award goes to me..!

So I got my new LED sidelight bulbs yesterday.... Went out when I got home to replace them and sit and watch the 6000k colour match with my Xenons.....

Fitted the bulbs and nothing.....

What's goin on here I thought, tried all the combinations, ignition on/off, door open, changed my socks etc... then started to have a closer look and realised, I'd taken out and replaced my main beam bulbs with the LED's... Doh Whistle

After I'd smacked my head a few times with a large lump of wood I "went in again" to find the right bulbs but couldn't work out how to remove the sidelights this time.. (it was dark by this time though).

Any clues as I'm sure it must be quite easy really.

Question ..sidelights bulbs are tad smaller than the main beam bulbs, how did you do that?

the side lights have two white plastic butterfly nuts on the far inside of the wing. ... - .- -.

hmmmm. Perhaps I ordered the worng things then. Rolling Eyes

These are the 68 bulb LED's as per Dan's post (http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic5318.html) and what a KN0B I am. Just re read that post and it was infact for the high beam and not the sidelights.... That's why they fit there. Whistle

OK - So anyone know what LED bulbs I need for the sidelights per my original intention..

Have you changed all your bulbs to LEDs? I've done most but need some for the interiour lights. The ones I got won't fit through the hole in the reflector. How much were you side light bulbs as think they would give a far better spread of light than the ones I have.

And any pointers to the correct LED's to get for the side lights.

Could also do with upgrading the rear stop and tail lights to LED's.

Any clues anyone?

you need a pair of t10 bulbs as in scarey pic, depends on how bright you want them, i went for the single led and that was fine, dont go to high in the colour range 6000k are to blue for me i try to keep around the 5000k, standard xenons are 4500k...
