i'd be tempted to take the door card off and see if there are any loose connections or maybe water ingress.. ... - .- -.

1. Have you tried to see if all 4 windows open and close by depressing and holding the unlock/ lock button on the remote keyfob?

Yes, all 4 of our windows will open fully and close fully by depressing key fob buttons.

Ryan, if you go into your CCF files using your IID, switch on super locking single press... This negates the need to press the lock button twice to "super lock" the car... |

The wiring plug for that door is literally just where the loom goes into the pillar... if you open the plug and check the connections are clean etc etc |
