The car needs coding with the module yeah. I'm sometimes over in Edinburgh if you get stuck on that one but anyone with pathfinder can do it (Inc the dealer!)

Hi got all the parts ordered the support bracket from Land Rover just need to see if has been upgraded to include the brackets. Just a question for the power to the module is there already a wiring loom there?

Zenman63 - have you got any brackets ready made? I have juts purchased a bracket brand new and not sure yet if I need them as I read above the part may be revised not to need them but if not then I’ll need a set.

Netherlands 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Carpathian Grey

I was wondering if I can fit a manual towbar on my 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography. My local Land Rover dealer asked 4.500 euro (3888 pounds or 5288 dollar) for an electric deployable towbar. But I would like to have the manual towbar.

My Landy is fitted with electric deployable side steps. Could that be the reason that it will only fit with a electric deployable towbar? I can remember that someone told that the side steps will not deploy anymore, so disabled automatically.

I saw on Raymies Garage Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulKLUllbYNY that my idea works. Is it depending on what year the car is build? Is there a difference between 2013 and 2017?

Strange that my local dealer only offers an electric deplayble towbar. To compare: the German dealer offers the manual but with an extra module.

Anyone ? 2017 Range Rover 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography DPF EURO6- 100k miles - Dutch
