United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 V8 Santorini Black
TV channel stuck on Sky News! 2010 Supercharged

Hey everyone, I recently picked up my second L322 in the form of a 5.0 supercharged and whilst familiarising myself with the revised infotainment unit I've noticed that it's only able to receive Sky News and absolutely no other channels. Am I being entirely stupid here? Auto tuning does nothing and on manual tuning both soft and hard seek buttons do nothing. Does anyone more learned than I know what the issue might be?

Thanks in advance

I've attempted to autotune in various different locations but still no dice. Yet it seems to maintain its ch22 Sky News with relative ease. I was thinking that if it was a duff tuner it wouldn't maintain any kind of reception of any channel?

weird..i'm guessing now,

theres an old tread on here that states what tuner you should have ..can you check the part number as its possible the previous owner 'might' have fitted an incorrect unit...

it should be AH42-19C063-AE

if its AW93-14F641-AE then its for the japanese market and wont work here.. ... - .- -.

I'm thinking the wrong tuner in that case...

There are a few on the bay of e with that number. I can’t see why it wouldn’t work.... not sure that it’s not actually correct....

There are a few different part numbers as some have later firmware.

Not an expert....

Could be. Not sure then. I don’t think you can see the part number without the unit being removed or I’d check mine.

It does say rear entertainment unit on the eBay listing. I thought that was a separate thing to the TV unit.... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Are we sure we are looking at the right unit?

The correct one looks totally different, ie square and not rectangular....

Definitely an FF and it's definitely a flat rectangular unit.

I wonder whether it is cross compatible? Strangely the manual for entertainment system has a section for the Sport model as well so I'm guessing the operating system is shared...

Either way I've emailed the dealer and thrown this information his way so I'll wonder if he'll offer any 'assistance'?
