I’d just drill a hole through the filter.... definitely can’t be that then..... No issues from mine after doing it.

Saved over £700.....

Worth a try. Costs nothing....

Agreed. Drill a small hole all the way through the sintered brass valve after removing it off the compressor Thumbs Up 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

No joy, still faulting but I've lost access to the diag reader now. I'll book it in to be looked at but thanks to all for suggestions.

Worth a try before moving further....

Yup cheers for the suggestion. I wonder if I should replace that silencer before taking it to the dealer since I've drilled a hole in it but I am kinda confused on this.

I see this part https://www.lrparts.net/rqv500040-air-susp...-2012.html
and also https://www.lrparts.net/lr025940-silencer-...rover.html

And for this one https://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php/166...over_vogue it looks like someone has already taken a drill to it.

I wouldn’t bother replacing it. It’s sorted a potential issue and I doubt they will know it’s not been like that for years. Having a hole in it will not cause any issues.
