Had to temporarily seal it with silicone, but got the new lens and replaced it today. I've taken some photos and will put together a 'How-to', if anyone's interested. | ||

 After working on the water pump, I had reconnected it, but not snugged in home properly, and the clip was not 'in the groove' so nothing stopping it under pressure.   toaday, whilst driving, I got a 'bong' slowed down, and saw a small puff of steam, pulled over. allowed to cool and managed get hold of it, and then managed to ping the clip with a sharp key, and replace. I had no tools!   bought some water locally and was running ok.  LUCKY!  home now,  next job, check and drain again and refill with coolant mix.
