Richie, looks like your App isn’t saving the changes, try resetting dashboard to default under Settings, then start over again, choosing the “Connection Profile” I suggested.
Start “Demo Mode” then tap on the cogwheel icon (top of screen) then again cogwheel icon “customise page” on the popup which appears to open “Dashboard Editor”
In the list, double-tap any item to mess around with it, or tap on the templatecicon to change it:

I would choose the same 7 settings as in my 3rd screenshot above if possible, but especially:
“DPF/GPF soot (Normalised trigger for PF Regen)”
It’s good to have the 2 exhaust temperatures, so you can confirm the change from around 250degC to around 650C and back as thecregen happens.
Oil temp confirms your car is properly warmed up, average miles between regens and distance since last regen tell you if another regen is likely soon. Get rid of any “clutter” settings that aren’t very useful to you. V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

I wasn’t expecting the soot concentration to reduce just by driving the car. Perhaps that’s why there are only two successful regens?

Mine is 2017 with DEF DPF.
Yes you will get passive regeneration just by driving, but normally only at high speed, the soot builds up more in town. My car hardly ever does passive regeneration, and even when its indicated, the soot just stays the same, never going down. It’s difficult to compare apples with apples, as your selected sensors are not the same, what units have you selected for soot, and why don’t they display, I wonder?
You have an earlier non-adblue DPF, maybe that’s better at passive regeneration, maybe someone else can comment?  V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

Keep it simple for your 1st page, same as @ Gremlin would be ideal for your profile.

What MY are you running? Mine is a 2013.

2018 SDV8, I use a different profile to you Range Rover 2017-21.

But do you really need Turbo speeds and engine oil volume, obd volts and number of successful regens?

I would add dpf soot grams thats on your list. Also Exhaust temps (another confirmation AR is happening) 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue
