@Jaygee, Richie is using the Vgate iCar Pro BT OBD dongle with Car Scanner Pro App.
Richie, looks like your App isn’t saving the changes, try resetting dashboard to default under Settings, then start over again, choosing the “Connection Profile” I suggested.
Start “Demo Mode” then tap on the cogwheel icon (top of screen) then again cogwheel icon “customise page” on the popup which appears to open “Dashboard Editor”
In the list, double-tap any item to mess around with it, or tap on the templatecicon to change it:

This is all nothing to do with your car, you should get the App fully configured in Demo Mode to your satisfaction before going anywhere near your car, its all to do with the App.  V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!
