if you go on my profile about page 17/18 ish look for replaced all bolts on the slam panel today some pictures there . use A4 bit better quality stainless wear ever I go I replace it with stainless steel wheel arches . rear tailgate. engine bay . most are 6mm /8 mm bolts and nuts . washers are the same 6/8 some 22mm some penny size. some are special machine bolts for the rear tailgate. replace the ones where the tailgate straps fit . spray around the area where the washer is going to be with some clear wax protector before doing up. i got mine from a firm called kays fasteners on eBay spot on firm and good service. i did have loads over from when I did a couple or 4 boat builds. must say looks so much better new vehicle purchase

From experience with swapping bolts to stainless make sure they are free from burrs and consider using lubricant during assembly as stainless bolts can be prone to galling (cold welding).

hi bingo the screws for the air box are 30mm x 4mm did not go up last week so went today the reason why late getting back new vehicle purchase
