They didnt do anything. It was parked up for 2 days and not touched. First day they replaced a rear seat latch, then left it and said they ran out of time.

Hi All,

Quick update. So transfer case was flushed twice and then re-calibrated.
And..... its gone! All good. The bulletin was correct. The noise was the diff not fully disengaging and dragging a wheel when turning at low speeds when setting off.
