Rear pinion seal replacement

Hi guys,
My car is a 2007 tdv8 Vogue.
I have a bit of a leak from the rear diff pinion seal. Have any of you done the replacement? Anything I should know before getting stuck in?

Check that the breather isn't blocked if not already done.

Microcat 2012 shows it running up high, probably with the fuel filler pipe.
