Yes mate. Two screws/bolts either end if I remember right. Just make sure you don't lose the rubber 'O' ring at the plenum end.

Mine does this too

Start recently

My car is egr and dpf deleted with stage one map

I must say lately it doesn't feel as pokey on the small turbo like to use too

Sticky vanes or the bypass valve ?

The small turbo is the 2nd turbo that comes in at 2500rpm to top up the airflow. I'd check for air leaks and clean the MAP sensor. MAP sensors need cleaning as often as 1k mile intervals IME. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Was sooted up badly

Defo try the O ring fix esp if there is oily gunk around the joint. If you had an EGR delate there should be no soot buildup on the intake. Did you also have an egr blanking plate fitted? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I know it's dpf deleted and stage 1 map

How do i check if egr is blanked ?

Will give the inlet manifold o rings a go

Can bad turbo bypass valve cause it ?

If you have soot in the intake the EGR valve is still working Wink
You can't just blank the EGR without removing it in the software so contact the tuner who did the remap to advise. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

So the occasional flutter on low revs and kangaroo could be a small boost leak ?

No codes or eml for the turbo bypass valve

Could be many things but fixing the TB leak is cheap and easy so see what happens after doing that. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
