The small turbo is the 2nd turbo that comes in at 2500rpm to top up the airflow. I'd check for air leaks and clean the MAP sensor. MAP sensors need cleaning as often as 1k mile intervals IME. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Defo try the O ring fix esp if there is oily gunk around the joint. If you had an EGR delate there should be no soot buildup on the intake. Did you also have an egr blanking plate fitted? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

If you have soot in the intake the EGR valve is still working |

So the occasional flutter on low revs and kangaroo could be a small boost leak ?
