Sorry, can't see anything of note on that video, only shows the dials for a second and camera is moving too fast...

Describe the issue, stationary or moving, dies when it gets to 2000rpm or won't idle...

We need a lot more info to be able to help...

First thing to do is check the voltage on the one, or two, batteries you will have... Pete
