fuse tap from the engine fuse box

Does anyone know how to route two wires out of the fuse panel located in the engine compartment on the passenger side? I'm trying to fuse tap both a 12V+ and an ignition source from that waterproof box...

i duck taped my cable/wire to the bulkhead behind the 'front' of the drivers door and then routed it behind the trim..
obviously you can see it when the door is open but not when closed... ... - .- -.

On my L322's similar engine bay box I drilled a small hole in the bottom just inside the edge then sealed the wire once fitted. L405 D350 SE Carpathian Grey D5 19" rims

Thank you. I was considering routing the two wires through the hole where the rest of the wiring goes, but that would require removing the fuse plate. I know it’s held by two screws, but I’m hesitant — I’m not sure what I’ll find once it’s off. Also, to get access I have to remove the wipers & the lower windshield cowl...
And the cover won’t fit properly over the fuse taps because of the protrusions that extend all the way down to the fuses. They need to be cut, but I’ve been trying to preserve the factory look. I might have to compromise...
