Definitely push for a genuine or OEM Pilkington screen. I didn’t and now regret it. National Windscreens/Aviva fitted a XYG brand screen to my L405 last year. It simply is not the same quality/standard. It’s 4.8mm glass rather than 5.6mm on the OEM screens. Although it’s says it is acoustic I feel it is not as good at sound suppression as the original. |

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm waiting to hear if Admiral (my Insurer) will provide an OEM screen.
