Drivers Side A-Pillar Trim

After trying to DIY the fix for the blocked sunroof drain today i discovered, no its not behind the external trim and yes they can spilt... Big Cry

have emailed Dan to get a price but if anyone has one spare... Whistle

Have a look under your side sill, is the leak on the side the air suspension reservoir is fitted? If so, we have found the tube from the sunroof is sometimes pinched by the air reservoir... The facelift FF has a larger reservoir than previous model, hence the problems...

Cheers Craig, i did crawl under and have a look but cant see anything even resembling a drain hose.

I'll have one last look tomorrow before i admit defeat and get it booked into the local dealer. Thumbs Up

I'll put a small bet on with you its the drain tube... Have a good look, we've done approx 15 2007 onwards FF's with water leaks all down to the air reservoirs...

Well Craig looks like your right..

Any hints on how to free it? Seems like is meant to be routed that way (ie down the top of the compressor and out towards the front mudflap)

Dave - Will take photo's tonight when i get home.

Found the service bulletin descirbing the problem so may try going through that to see if i can fix it again. Whats the worst that can happen right Whistle

On a side note, I just went to the local main dealer and he quoted a minimum of 4 1/2 hrs labour to do the job. Suffice to say i declined.
