Just wondered how far from the car the Ctek is and how you have connected to the battery.

Forgot to say, in the leaflet with the hard wire kit, it says to wait 30 minutes to get an accurate reading, does this mean 30 minutes after turning off each time, porbably to allow for all computers etc to fully shut down (like on the FFRR's for example)

Could anything on the cvar drain a brand new battery in 4 days? And something not noticeable to the eye (e'g' headlights left on)

Thanks again

Plenty of bits on a FF could drain a battery in 4 days.
Ignoring the indicator lights on the charge lead have you tried starting the car.
Also what is the Ctek indicating regarding charge status?

Sorry forgot to say, car started fine this morning, even with the red LED indicator on the CTEK lead

Not too sure what you mean by 'what is the CTEK indicating regarding charge status?'

Do you mean green led = Fully charged, yellow led = partially charged, red led = charge required

Sorry it depends which Ctek you have, mine has battery charge level indicators.
If you car started ok it doesn't sound like the battery has discharged.

Yup thats what mine has, sorry didnt explain myself great reading back through my posts, it shows battery charge level, 3 small flashing lights, kinda like a traffic light

Do you check yours regularly? And does it even flash yellow or red?

No mine just sits on the fully charged indication, green light.
Occasionally if I have the doors open it drops back to 80% for a couple of hours then back to green.
